About Renee

Renee Lindquist, CHSE
Clinical Hanna Somatic Educator
Since 2015, Renee has helped people from across the country find greater comfort, mobility, and freedom from chronic pain through simple, gentle movements that are easy to learn and integrate into daily life.
Drawing from a diverse background in Clinical Hanna Somatic Education, SomaYoga Therapy, and nursing, Renee combines science-based education with compassionate guidance. She believes that meaningful healing begins when people understand the “why” behind their symptoms and experience firsthand how their bodies can change.
Renee specializes in helping people living with chronic pain shift from fear and frustration to curiosity and confidence. Through education and guided movement, clients learn to better understand their nervous system, release habitual tension patterns, and reconnect with their body’s natural capacity for ease and healing. As fear gives way to understanding, many discover a renewed sense of trust in their bodies and a greater ability to participate fully in life.
In addition to working with clients, Renee has developed a mentorship program for Clinical Hanna Somatic Education students and educators. Through teaching, mentoring, and community engagement, she continues to deepen the impact of somatic education throughout the St. Croix Valley and beyond.
